Calif. police to step up DUI enforcement on St. Pat's
After St. Patrick's Day, police agencies say they will next step up enforcement during Cinco de Mayo

ALAMEDA, Calif. — Alameda police will step up their patrols on St. Patrick's Day as part of an Alameda County-wide effort to curb suspected drunken drivers.
Saturation patrols are also planned for Oakland and Fremont, while police in Berkeley and Livermore are planning to stage sobriety checkpoints.
