Cloucester Officer Tom Sherman stopped a woman for a traffic violation near Station Avenue, New Jersey. The officer noticed the woman was nervous and explained to her the details of the violation. He learned the woman has had some bad things happen happen in her life recently, and decided to let her off with a warning. The lady was so grateful she then gives the officer a hug.
