ARLINGTON, Texas – A photo showing the moment a boy helped an Honor Guard member during a Texas city’s Fourth of July parade has gone viral.

According to Fox News, the boy noticed the Honor Guard member’s shoe was untied before the start of the parade and ran over to assist.

A parade spectator, Wendy Smith, snapped a photo of the boy kneeling down and tying the officer’s shoe and posted it to Facebook.

Arlington Police Chief Will Johnson also shared the photo, writing, “We should all be so kind. I have a Chief challenge coin for you.”
