Starting Pay for TCOLE Certified Officer: $47,263 annually (6) six additional annual steps increases pay to $62,438 plus annual incentives for certifications. Intermediate $2,520, Advanced $3,600, Master $6,312, Associate Degree $840, Bachelor Degree $1,500.
