All testing through National Testing Network (NTN) and PHQ must be completed by that date. The Oak Harbor Police Department requires the candidate fill out the PHQ portion of the application to be considered for employment.  You can access the questionnaire through your NTN candidate account. Candidates must pass the video portion of the test with a 75% or higher to be considered for employment with the Oak Harbor Police Department. For Lateral Entry (Experienced) Applicants: Testing through NTN is not required at this time.
