Job RequirementsUS Citizen: Yes or lawfully work in the US.High School Grad/GED: YesValid ARIZONA State Driver's License: Valid (AZ) Driver’s LicenseAbility to Read/Speak English: YesPrior Experience:Call taking experience preferred but not required. Two years customer service and/or data-entry/computer experience is preferred.Additional Requirements:Certifications and Other Requirements: 35 WPM typing certification is required. Provide proof of 35 WPM typing certification when completing employment application on-line. Passing pre-employment screening, including thorough background investigation, polygraph and psychological examination and drug screening test.Had any discharge from the United States Armed Forces other than an honorable discharge.
