Job Description

Susteen Inc. is seeking an operation supervisor(Part-Time or Full-Time). Operation supervisor plays an important role of facilitating day-to-day activities to keep organizational processes flowing smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities include processing client orders and requests, overseeing logistics and order delivery, organizing meetings and quarterly reports, and general administrative duties, such as office management and planning employee trainings. There are countless chances to use and develop lifelong skills, including problem resolution, communication, leadership, time management and organization. ·  Analyze and consult logistics software to determine and verify delivery schedules and maximize the amount of product that gets to each customer along the route

·  Collaborate with sales professionals to understand customer needs and specific requirements and customize delivery needs and provide sales people with tools like pricing sheets and product information and specs

·  Communicate with customers to get feedbacks that can be used in improving processes and customer service; assist in solving problems and providing consulting assistance to create brand loyalty and lasting relationships

·  Discuss distribution patterns, policies and product availability with distributors to identify agreements and create contracts; negotiate with distributors to find the ones that offer competitive pricing and high quality product or material

·  Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management

·  Consult with other departmental managers to determine sales, discounts or promotions and verify that all sales people are familiar with the details of what is being offered

·  Participate in training and evaluating members of the sales team and providing helpful feedback concerning the achievement of personal and team goals

·  Oversee general administrative work including planning meetings, making phone calls, and distributing scheduling and job assignments

·  Handle office management tasks (Office supplies, HR files, office files, filing contracts)

·  Assist in drafting and/or sending of Susteen update/broadcast emails

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: · Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. · Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint · Strong attention to details · Able to handle multiple projects at once · Good follow through on action items and ability to make sound judgments · Solid organizational and time-management skills · Working knowledge of common business practices related to Customer Service Sales, and Administration · Demonstrate ability to solve problems; strong independent analysis and judgment skills

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL WORK DEMANDS: · Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for a extended periods of time · Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis · Able to lift and move up to 20 lbs occasionally · Regular and on-time attendance is critical. · Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week · Occasional traveling including overnight trips

Job Requirements

  • Age: 18+
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • Experience: At least 2 year equivalent related work experience in similar position
