Job Description
The Washakie County Sheriff's Office is accepting on going applications for positions in the communication division. The communication division is responsible for all calls for service for Washakie County. They dispatch law enforcement, fire and ems, and other emergency services to calls, handle radio traffic for those entities. They are responsible for running NCIC requests and are a vital part of the Sheriff's Office. The Sheriff's Office has three current openings to fill and will keep this post going until those positions are filled.

Lateral transfers will receive 80 percent of years of service applied to their starting wage. The below wages are figured without overtime. Overtime is guaranteed because of the position.
