Guardian Alliance Technologies Enters Partnership With NEOGOV
STOCKTON, Calif. — Guardian Alliance Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with NEOGOV under which NEOGOV will offer Guardian’s proprietary background investigation software services.
Founded in 1999, NEOGOV provides a high quality and easy-to-use talent management system to service the public sector market. Serving over 6,000 organizations, NEOGOV’s product suite supports organizations through the entire employee lifecycle, automating recruitment, onboarding, training, and the performance evaluation process.
The NEOGOV/Guardian partnership has led to the integration of the NEOGOV and Guardian systems, streamlining the onboarding of the Guardian system. “This partnership is an ideal fit for NEOGOV and the government professionals we serve,” said Jake Girard, Business Development & Partnerships Manager at NEOGOV. “The integration creates a direct portal to submit, review, and initiate public safety background investigations right from the NEOGOV system, helping to save valuable time during the vetting process while maintaining compliance.”
The partnership with NEOGOV also further complements Guardian’s list of influential and market-leading strategic partners within the industry including its most recent Alliance Partnership with the FBI National Academy Associates (“FBINAA”) and the 2016 and 2017 past presidents of the FBINAA, Captain Barry Thomas and Chief Joey Reynolds.
Guardian Alliance Technologies’ 17-point background investigative management software includes data analysis and intelligent reporting that provide accurate, up-to-date tracking of an applicant’s background investigation, pass-or-fail status and complements NEOGOV’s system offering very well. Combining their collective expertise in background investigations and HR technology means an improved experience for investigators and time/expense saving upgrades to local agencies.
