Nevada public safety agencies have been planning over the past few months for "Storm Area 51," an event created on Facebook that was planned for September 20, 2019. While the event has reportedly been canceled, there are many lessons to be learned from the incident action planning process engaged in by local law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies.
