Video: Cops take down suspect with 3 TASERs, baton

Officers struggled to take down the large man in an incident that occurred Sunday

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – A man accused of punching a bouncer and walking out on a $235 bar tab appeared unaffected by multiple attempts to take him down.

In a video that has gone viral, officers with the Jacksonville Beach Police Department are shown struggling to take down the large man in an incident that occurred Sunday.

According to Action News Jax, it took three TASERs, baton strikes, and four sets of handcuffs to arrest the suspect, Christopher Alan White.

“I’m not fighting,” White can be heard saying in the video.

White has been charged with battery, disorderly conduct, defrauding an innkeeper, violently resisting arrest and depriving an officer of his or her weapon, the Miami Herald reported.

Per policy, the department is investigating the use of force.
