Cops find injured Wis. man via cell phone coordinates

An intoxicated man who fell and broke his leg early Sunday morning but couldn't tell the 911 dispatch center where he was, was found using the coordinates of his cell phone.

Steven Shutt, 21, of Madison, fell off an upper balcony at about 3:45 a.m. Sunday morning at 611 Langdon St., and landed on a lower balcony, according to Madison police.
