COLUMBUS, Ohio — Battelle has joined with a Dublin company to provide a new technology product focused on homeland security.

The product combines analytic tools from Battelle with software created by Sypherlink Inc. to help government agencies quickly sift through and analyze large amounts of data, identifying potential links to terrorism.

The organizations say the tool will save government agencies time and money "for deployment of critical national-security initiatives."
