Meggitt to Provide Free Training at SHOT Show 2013

SUWANEE, Ga. – Meggitt Training Systems, makers of FATS® and Caswell technologies, will be sponsoring and conducting two educational sessions as part of the Law Enforcement Education Program (LEEP; www.shotshow.org/LEEP) at the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas. The training is complimentary with paid SHOT Show attendance.

Wednesday, January 16 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Lead Management Best Practices: Safety, Containment, Maintenance, Responsibility
Instructor: David O’Meara, Law Enforcement Systems
Lead cannot only be a long-term silent killer within a range, but it can also be the quickest way to large fines and locked doors. This session will walk new and experienced range owners through best practices for maintaining a clean - and more importantly - healthy range.

Thursday, January 17 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Design and Configuration for Indoor Range Success
Instructor: David O’Meara, Law Enforcement Systems
From the moment officers step into your range, their training experience begins. This session will start the design process and configuration process for those looking to build a new range or redesign an existing facility. From conference and/or simulation training space to HVAC, planning early can save time and money, and also ensure a positive and effective training experience.

To find out more about the sessions and to register visit www.shotshow.org/LEEP.
