Meggitt’s budget and space-friendly virtual simulator to launch at IACP

The FATS 180LE features 180-degree high definition projection on three screens

By PoliceOne Staff

Meggitt Training Systems has announced a new virtual training simulator aimed at being friendly to both agency budgets and space constraints.

The FATS 180LE features 180-degree high definition projection on three screens, a 5.1 surround sound system, and supports up to 20 simulated weapons, according to a press release.

If your agency has a FATS 100 system, it’s an easy upgrade to the 180LE, the company says.

Set to debut at the 2018 International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference in Orlando, you can check it out at booth #828.
