"Recording devices in State Police Squad Cars"
Do all State police have at least one type of video/audio recording device either in their squad cars, or on their uniform for safety purposes? It is my understanding that all State Police are given or have some type of video and audio recording device in their squad cars, in some cases more than one, and some more advanced in the state of Indiana. In addition, is it Indiana State Law that these devices be turned on as soon as they turn on their lights, if the device doesn't automatically begin recording when the lights are turned on? A prompt response would be appreciated.
