HARTFORD, Conn. — A 16-year-old suspected of sideswiping a Hartford police officer early this morning was arrested after the officer and his partner traced the car to the owner's home, police said.

The teen is charged with two counts of interfering with police, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless endangerment, second-degree assault, unsafe movement, driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle.
